We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. SPOOF/FALSE EMAILS

We will never ask you to confirm any account or credit card details via email. If you receive an email claiming to be from totalfitnessbath.co.uk asking you to do so, please ignore it and do not respond.

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS

All financial transactions online are handled by Sagepay & Paypal. Total Fitness Bath does not store any credit card information, nor do we share any financial information with any third parties. All credit cards and debit cards are processed through Sagepay and as such we are unable to view any data.

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline. For information collected offline please contact the shop.
