You are able to order directly from our website but if you require any help in completing the process or would prefer to order over the phone please contact us on 01225 444164 or 0800 096 3874 and we will be more than happy to help.
If there are any items that you cannot find or if you have an unusual bike item that you require please give us a call as we do not show all the products we sell on our website.
Our website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security. You can check our certificate by clicking the little padlock icon in the left hand side of the search bar. We are fully PCI compliant and as part of this process are not allowed to store your credit card details. For this reason we only accept credit cards over the phone, via our website or in person. We are happy to receive orders via email but please do not send your card details this way as it is not a secure way of transmitting information.
We accept all major credit and debit cards using SagePay, one of the UK’s largest payment solution providers and do not store your credit card details. We accept contact-less payments & Apple Pay in-store and the following cards:
We also accept Paypal which is secure and easy to use. If you prefer you can also use your card to make a payment on Paypal, this is useful if you do not have an account.
We accept cash on collection but are unable to accept cheques as a form of payment.
We are recognised by the Association of Cycle Traders and British Cycling’s Breeze network as a Female Friendly bike shop. We understand how intimidating bike shops can be for women and beginners alike and therefore offer a friendly environment to women with a great range of women’s specific products. We have partnered with Bikmo Bike Insurance to offer you the best value bike insurance to give you piece of mind with one of your most precious items! You can insure your bike, kit and accessories excess free at home, for competitions and for worldwide travel and there are multi bike options.
You can purchase a physical gift voucher from us through the shop to whatever value you choose. These vouchers can be posted to you or directly to a recipient if you are buying it as a gift. For postal vouchers please follow this link, or you can choose an electronic voucher here
These vouchers allow you to purchase an electronic gift certificate for any price range you specify and have it emailed to the intended recipient automatically.
You will need to fill in the following fields:

- Your name

Click the “I understand the gift certificates are non-refundable” checkbox and then select the Gift Certificate theme from a choice of options including Birthday, Christmas and Celebration. The theme determines the colours and background image used in the Gift Certificate that is sent to the recipient after purchase. You can then preview your selection and completed details before adding the gift certificate to your cart for payment.
The recipient will then receive an email containing the gift certificate as an attachment which contains a code which they can then use to redeem their gift certificate at checkout.
I have used an e-voucher for payment, what happens when I return product?
We refund all orders using the original payment method, therefore the money will be credited to your online account for you to use against further purchases in a accordance with our returns policy.
I have lost my e-voucher, what do I do?
Please contact the purchaser to see if they still have the details, alternatively please contact us at email@example.com stating your name and the purchasers name and email address and we will then reissue the voucher code. We cannot reissue vouchers which have already been redeemed or that have expired.
E-vouchers cannot be returned or refunded and the value cannot be converted into cash.
We try our best to keep our prices and specifications up to date and make any changes that manufacturers may make, however we reserve the right to cancel any orders that have been made at an incorrect price. If your card has already been charged we reserve the right to cancel the order and will process a refund to your card without delay.

All of our prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT at the rate of 20% with the exception of some products such as nutrition and helmets which are zero rated. If you are ordering from outside the E.U, you are able to purchase goods free of tax.
PRE-ORDER OR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We will keep you up to date with any items you order that have been given a pre-order status. In some cases with more expensive items, we will need to take a deposit of 10% to secure the order for you. Once the item comes into stock the balance will be charged to your card and the item will be shipped.
If you place an order and the item is found to be out of stock we will notify you immediately and give you an indication of when the item will be in stock. No money is taken from your account until the item is ready to dispatch.

All new goods purchased from Total Fitness (Bath) Ltd are covered by full warranty. The duration of this warranty is at least 1 year but some manufacturers offer extended warranty.
Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects and do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc.
If you feel that the product you have purchased from Total Fitness (Bath) Ltd has developed a fault then please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring postage costs.
If the goods need to be returned they must be clean and returned with a full explanation of the problem and the original receipt. We will then endeavour to either repair or replace the item.
Some manufacturers require that you return the item directly to them but please contact us before any action is taken.
We occasionally offer discount codes on our website through email newsletters, competitions or through affiliations with carefully chosen companies or charities. Most of these codes have a finite expiry date or are only available for one time use.

We are part of the NHS discount code scheme, if you work for the NHS you will be able to access your code on the NHS discount codes page.

RESERVE & COLLECT
You can order any product on our site and if it is in stock, we will have it ready to collect by the close of day. If the item you require is out of stock, it can be ordered within 1 - 4 days depending on the supplier.

We recommend that you come into the shop to be correctly sized up in order to buy the correct bike but if you are unable to do so and you would like some guidance you can use the bike size calculator here which is recommended by Specialized.
