Servicing

It is very important that you have your bike serviced over regular intervals as this will ensure that it is in tip top condition therefore improving your ride & insuring that the components last longer.

We have a large, fully equipped workshop that can take care of any of your bike needs from repairing a puncture through to a full service including regreasing hubs & bottom brackets. We service all types of bikes from ladies leisure bikes to high spec’ed triathlon race bikes.

Free First Service 

All of the new bikes that we sell come with a free first service which is valid for 6 weeks after purchase of the bike. During the first few rides you will find that the cables will stretch and bed in and that there may be a few parts that require a tweek or tightening - the first service will cover all of this. (sale bikes sold on the website or collected in-store do not come with a free first service)

▪ Wheel truing

▪ Hub servicing (only applicable where the hub has the ability to be serviced)

▪ Puncture repairs

▪ Fitting of new tyres

▪ Fitting of accessories such as mudguards

All other work is based on an hourly rate of £30 per hour.  The pricelist is for labour only and does not include parts. 

Any bikes not collected on the agreed due date will be subject to a storage charge of £10 per week. 

All bikes are required to be clean and free from mud and grease.  Any bikes that need to be cleaned prior to servicing will incur a £50 cleaning charge.
