RETURNS Total Fitness (Bath) Ltd conform to the Distance selling regulations which are designed to protect you when buying goods by mail order. The Distance selling regulations and our returns policy do not apply to any goods bought over auction from EBay or to any personalised goods such as custom built bikes or wheels. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition for a complete refund, within 28 days of receipt. Goods will only be accepted if they are unused, undamaged, in original packaging and with proof of purchase. Please ensure that the item(s) are well wrapped and that any tape used to secure the package is not stuck directly to the item and its packaging. Please ensure that you send any goods whose value exceeds £60 via Special Delivery so you can track the return and so that you are insured against items being lost in the post. This refund will cover the initial cost of the items purchased, but not any delivery charges incurred by you on returning the product/s to us. Total Fitness (Bath) Ltd will not accept liability for any items being returned that are lost through the postal system. Our refund guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them in any way. Warranty All new goods purchased from Total Fitness (Bath) Ltd are covered by full warranty. The duration of this warranty is at least 1 year but some manufacturers offer extended warranty. Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects and do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc. If you feel that the product you have purchased from Total Fitness (Bath) Ltd has developed a fault then please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring postage costs. If the goods need to be returned they must be clean and returned with a full explanation of the problem and the original receipt. We will then endeavor to either repair or replace the item.
